المهام:
·       توفير تدريب فعال وعالي الجودة في مجال التوطين للموظفين والفرق العاملة.
·       تقييم احتياجات التدريب وتطوير المناهج المناسبة لتناسب احتياجات العميل.
·       قيادة وتنظيم ورش العمل والندوات والدورات التدريبية في مجال التوطين.
متطلبات القبول:
·       خبرة سابقة كمدرب في مجال التوطين.
·       معرفة عميقة بأفضل الممارسات والاتجاهات في التوطين.
·       مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على التفاعل مع مجموعات متنوعة من الأفراد.
·       قدرة على تنظيم الوقت وإدارة المهام بشكل فعال.
·     عقد سابق لتنفيذ دورة في مجال التوطين.
