The Sariagocus Foundation implemented an awareness-raising activity titled “Decision Making: Taking A Step” as part of the Social and Economic Recovery and Women’s Participation project implemented by Banaat Al-Hodeidah Foundation with the support of the United Nations and funding from the Women, Peace, and Humanitarian Fund. The activity, which was carried out in Al-Khawkhah district of Al-Hodeidah governorate, aimed to support and empower women in decision-making and encourage them to apply to vocational and technical training centers and to apply for employment in decision-making departments. The five-day training activity included collecting data that hinders women’s empowerment in decision-making and providing them with the necessary skills to advance in vocational and technical training centers and to apply for employment in decision-making departments. This activity is important for empowering women in decision-making and supporting their role in society. It is part of the efforts of institutions and organizations aimed at supporting and empowering women in developing communities.
