تنفيذ مشروع الانتعاش الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والمشاركة للمرأة في اليمن

بتمويل من صندوق المرأة والعمل الإنساني UN Women نفذت مؤسسة بنات الحديدة التنموية الإجتماعية مشروع الانتعاش الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والمشاركة للمرأة في اليمن،

حيث تضمن المشروع عدة أنشطة ومراحل مختلفة تم تنفيذها في أربع مديريات مختلفة في محافظتي الحديدة وتعز، وإفتتُح المشروع برفع قدرات المؤسسات النسوية للمشاركة بصنع القرار عن طريق عقد ورشة تدريبية ونقاشية حول إشراك المرأة في صنع القرار وفي نفس السياق فقد قدمت المؤسسة عدة منح مالية للمؤسسات الشريكة لتنفيذ تدريبات في محاور مختلفة أبرزها: _الرصد والتوثيق _صياغة التقارير _استخدام الحاسوب _حقوق الإنسان وجمع الإستدلالات

وتأتي هذه التدريبات بهدف تعزيز كفاءة المؤسسات النسوية الشريكة للمؤسسة،

من جانب آخر وبهدف تأهيل وتطوير المرأة اليمنية لتصبح قادرة على التهامل مع التطور الرقمي الذي يشهده العالم فقد تضمن المشروع في مرحلته الثانية تنفيذ تدريبات نوعية إستفادات منها 400 إمرأة من محافظتي تعز والحديدة بمعدل 200 إمرأة من كل محافظة من المحافظات المذكورة، بمجالات: _ المهارات الحياتية _المهارات الرقمية

وشهدت التدريبات تفاعلًا إيجابي من المستفيدين حيث عملت المؤسسة على تمويل ودعم 100 مشروع ريادي خاص بالنساء المتدربات بمعدل 350$ للمشروع الواحد، بهدف إيجاد مصدر دخل ل 100 أسرة من الأسر الأكثر احتياجا، وبهدف تعزيز الوعي المجتمعي عن ضرورة التعامل الإيجابي مع النازحين وتقديم يد العون لهم فقد قامت المؤسسة بإنتاج حلقات متعددة من الإنميشن الذي يُحاكي حقوق المرأة ويدعوا لإحتواء النازحين المتضررين من الأزمة القائمة في البلاد…

وفي ختام المشروع فقد أطلقت المؤسسة منصة تُعنى بمناقشة كل مايتعلق بالمرأة اليمنية وتبادل الخبرات والتجارب المختلفة في مختلف المجالات تحت إسم “خبرات نسائية” لتعزيز الوعي المجتمعي من خلال نشر قصص انميشن و انفوجرافيك يناقش قضايا المرأة ودورها .

وتأتي هذه المشاريع ك ركيزةً أساسية تستند إليها المرأة لتكون قادرةً على الإنخراط في سوق العمل ومواكبة التطور المجتمعي والرقمي والعمل على إعالة أُسرهن من خلال مشاريع التمكين المختلفة.

With funding from the Women and Humanitarian Work Fund UN Women, the Banat Al-Hudaydah Social Development Foundation implemented the Economic and Social Recovery and Participation Project for Women in Yemen.

The project included several different activities and stages that were implemented in four different directorates in the governorates of Hodeidah and Taiz. The project was opened by raising the capabilities of women’s institutions to participate in decision-making by holding a training and discussion workshop on women’s involvement in decision-making. In the same context, the Foundation provided several financial grants to partner institutions. To carry out training in various topics, most notably: _Monitoring and documentation _Drafting reports _using the computer _Human rights and collecting evidence

These trainings aim to enhance the efficiency of the Foundation’s partner women’s institutions.

On the other hand, with the aim of qualifying and developing Yemeni women to be able to cope with the digital development that the world is witnessing, the project included, in its second phase, the implementation of specific training, from which 400 women from the governorates of Taiz and Hodeidah benefited, at a rate of 200 women from each of the aforementioned governorates, in the areas of: _ Life Skills _Digital skills

The training witnessed positive interaction from the beneficiaries, as the Foundation worked to finance and support 100 pioneering projects for female trainees at a rate of $350 per project, with the aim of creating a source of income for 100 of the most needy families. In order to enhance community awareness of the necessity of dealing positively with the displaced and providing them with a helping hand, the Foundation has produced multiple episodes of animation that simulate women’s rights and call for the containment of the displaced affected by the current crisis in the country…

At the conclusion of the project, the Foundation launched a platform concerned with discussing everything related to Yemeni women and exchanging different expertise and experiences in various fields under the name “Women’s Experiences” to enhance community awareness through publishing animated stories and infographics that discuss women’s issues and their role.

These projects come as a basic foundation upon which women rely to be able to engage in the labor market, keep pace with societal and digital development, and work to support their families through various empowerment projects
