الدورة التدريبية الخاصة بالعاملين الصحيين حول ادارة المخاطر
ضمن مشروع المساهمة في دعم المراكز الصحية في محافظة مأرب وبدعم من المنظمة الاسبانية FARMAMANDI
نفذت مؤسسة بنات الحديدة التنموية الاجتماعية دورة تدريبية حول إدارة المخاطر صحياً بمحافظة مأرب حيث استهدفت الدورة ١٥ متدرباً ومتدربة من الكوادر الصحية بالمحافظة واستمر التدريب لمدة ٥ أيام على التوالي ،حيث تلقى المتدربون خلال تلك الفترة تدريباً مكثفاً اشتمل على عدة محاور منها إدارة المخاطر صحياً واكتساب المهارات حول المعازل الخاصة بالصحة والسلامة المهنية ..
ويأتي هذا النشاط ضمن أنشطة المشروع والتي تتمثل في التدريب والتأهيل وتوزيع الأدوية الإسعافية على ثلاث مراكز صحية وهي
الوحدة الصحية بالمطار
والوحدة الصحية بالروضة
ومستشفى السويداء
ومن جانبه أثنى مدير مكتب الصحة الدكتور أحمد صالح العبادي على الدور الإنساني الذي تقوم به المؤسسة تجاه المجتمع في المحافظة حيث صرح بأن ازدياد أعداد النازحين فاقم من المعاناة وأدى إلى عدم مقدرة مكتب الصحة عن توفير الرعاية الصحية والأدوية لهم
و من جانبها أكدت أ. داليا قاسم رئيس المؤسسة على الحرص الشديد في دعم المؤسسة لكافة القطاعات بالمحافظة في المشاريع القادمة وذلك للإحتياج المتزايد لكافة الخدمات ..
وفي اختتام الدورة التدريبية تم تكريم جميع المشاركين بشهائد مشاركة ، وشكر وتقدير للجهود المبذولة للسلطة المحلية ومكتب الصحة في المحافظة لإنجاح أنشطة المشروع..
Within the project of contributing to the support of health centers in Marib Governorate, and with the support of the Spanish organization FARMAMANDI, SDHGF implemented a training course on health risk management in Marib Governorate, where the course targeted 15 male and female trainees from the health cadres in the governorate. During that period, intensive training was conducted that included several axes, including health risk management and acquisition of skills about occupational health and safety isolations. For his part, the Director of the Health Office, Dr. Ahmed Saleh Al-Abadi, praised the humanitarian role played by the Foundation towards the community in the governorate, as he stated that the increase in the number of displaced persons exacerbated the suffering and led to the inability of the Health Office to provide them with health care and medicines.
Ms. Dalia Qassem, the head of the Foundation, stressed the keenness of the Foundation to support all sectors in the governorate in the upcoming projects, due to the growing need for all services.
At the conclusion of the training course, all participants were honored with certificates of participation, and thanks and appreciation for the efforts made by the local authority and the health office in the governorate to make the project’s activities a success.
