Mousstaha Sanabel Tihama was supported through the Social and Economic Recovery and Participation Project for Women in Yemen, implemented by Banaat Al-Hodeidah Foundation with support from the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women and funding from the Women, Peace and Humanitarian Fund, to conduct a training workshop for the production of incense and perfumes. The workshop targeted 20 participants, including displaced persons and host communities in the district of Hays in the governorate of Hodeidah. The aim of this training workshop, which was implemented by Mousstaha Sanabel Tihama from June 12, 2023 to June 15, 2023, was to economically empower displaced women and women from host communities, enhance the role of women in decision-making, and enable them to effectively participate in economic and social life. This activity is part of the efforts of the Social and Economic Recovery and Participation Project for Women in Yemen, which aims to enhance the capacities of women, enable them to live with dignity, and contribute to the development of their communities
