was supported by the “Hayes Feminist Development Change Makers” organization through the “Social and Economic Recovery and Women’s Participation in Yemen” project, implemented by the “Girls of Hodeidah” organization with the support of the United Nations Women and funding from the Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund. The project implemented a training course entitled “Empowering Women to be Leaders and Decision-Makers”, which lasted for four days from June 17, 2023 to June 20, 2023 and included 15 participants with the trainer Mr. Yahya Abu Al-Ghaith. The course covered various topics, including explaining the program’s objectives and the importance of women, enhancing the role of women in society and the workplace, and on the third day of the program, the trainees focused on equipping women with successful management skills. On the final day, the course included the last topic, which highlighted the most important indicators of women’s success.
