هل أنت محامٍ أو محامية ولديك الخبرة في مجالك..؟!!

مؤسسة بنات الحديدة تُعلن عن حاجتها إلى محامٍ يتملك المؤهلات التالية:
– حاصل على شهادة جامعية في القانون من جامعة معتمدة.
– بطاقة عضوية في نقابة المحامين.
– خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال القانون.

ويشترط أيضًا تميزك بالقدرات التالية:
– التدريب على إجراء المقابلات والتقييمات و تطوير الخطط. – التدريب على تقديم الدعم القانوني الشامل و التواصل الفعال مع الأطفال والعائلات والجهات ذات الصلة.
– التدريب على العمل مع الآخرين لتنسيق الجهود المشتركة.
– إتقان استخدام الحاسوب، خاصةً برامج Excel وAccess.
– مهارات تحليلية وقدرة على المراقبة والتحليل.
– القدرة على العمل كجزء من فريق.
– القدرة على التخطيط المسبق للأعمال
– القدرة على التعامل مع متطلبات العمل المتعددة والتعامل مع ضغط العمل بشكل جيد.
– القدرة على التكيف والارتجال والمرونة في مواجهة التحديات.
– إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية في القراءة والكتابة والنطق.

يتطلب هذه القدرات لتنفيذالمسؤوليات التالية:
– تقديم الاستشارات القانونية للمستفيدين وفقًا لأنشطة المشروع.
– توفير المشورة القانونية للمستفيدين.
– تنظيم جلسات توعوية للمستفيدين.
– تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها المدير المباشر.

Are you a lawyer with experience in your field? If so, we invite you to apply to join the “Girls of Hodeidah” team. The “Girls of Hodeidah” foundation is announcing its need for a lawyer who possesses the following qualifications:

• Holds a university degree in law from an accredited university.
• Membership card in the Lawyers Syndicate.
• Practical experience of at least two years in the field of law.

Additionally, the following skills are required:

• Training in conducting interviews, assessments, and developing plans.
• Training in providing comprehensive legal support and effective communication with children, families, and relevant parties.
• Training in working with others to coordinate joint efforts.
• Proficiency in using computers, especially Excel and Access programs.
• Analytical skills and the ability to monitor and analyze.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to plan work in advance.
• Ability to handle multiple work requirements and work well under pressure.
• Adaptability, improvisation, and flexibility in facing challenges.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

These skills are required to perform the following responsibilities:

• Provide legal consultations to beneficiaries according to project activities.
• Provide legal advice to beneficiaries.
• Organize awareness sessions for beneficiaries.
• Execute any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
