مشروع الاستجابة الحساسة للأمن الغذائي والتغذية المتكاملة

اختتمت مؤسسة بنات الحديدة وبدعم من منظمـة الفاو مشـروع الاستجــابـة الحساسـة للأمن الغذائي والتغذية المتكاملة بـدعـم من منظمـة الفـاو فيـ مديريتي السخنـة وبيت الفقية .

هذا واستهـدف المشـروع عدد 20000 مستفيـد من المديريتين حيـث تـم تـوزيع عـدد من البذور وتشتمل على خمسة محاصيل وهي الطماطم والبصل والباميا والفجل والبسباس الحار و تقدر كميتها ب52طـن منها 14طن تم توزيعهـا في مـديـريـة السخنـة لعـدد 5364 مستفيـد ومستفيـدة وعبـر4 مـراكـزو 38 طـن لعـدد 14636 مستفيــد ومستفيـدة فــي 12 مركز توزيع تـم تـوزيعهـا في مـديـريـة بيـت الفقيـه كمـا تـم عمـل جلســات تـوعـويــة وحشـد مجتمعـي في القــرى للدفع بالمستفيـديـن لمراكز التـوزيـع وتـوعيتهـم بأهميــة زراعــة بــذور الخضار في الحدائق المنزلية وحثهم على الاستفادة القصوى من هذه البذور على الـجانب الاخـر تم تنفيذ عدد 6جلسات تدريبية لـعدد 25 متطوعة من مـديـريـة السخنـة و 70 متطوعة في مديرية بيت الفقيـه وقـد اشتمـل التدريـب علـى عــدد مـن المـواضيـع كان أهمها سوء التغذية والتغذية المتكاملة وزراعـة وإنتاج الخضار في الحـدائـق المنزلية وتم بعد التدريب عمل جلسات تدريبية للمستفيدات في المديريتين من جـانبـه اكــد منسق المشـروع الأستـاذ محمـد مـوسـى غـريـب بأن هذه المحاصيل ستوزع للأسر الأشـد فقرا والذين لديهم أطفال دون سن الخامسة والنساء الحوامل والمرضعات ممن يعانون من سوء التغذية في القرى المستهدفة .

واشـادت الأستـاذة داليـا قاسـم فـارع رئيسة المؤسسة بالدور الكبيـر لهـذا المشروع في التخفيف من معاناة الاسر في المناطق المستهدفة حيث وان زراعــة هـذا المـحاصيـل سيعــود بالفـائـدة عليهم جميعا وضرورة الاستمرارية والاستدامة لمثل هذه المشاريع .

SDHGF, with the support of FAO, concluded the project of sensitive response to food security and integrated nutrition, with the support of FAO, in the districts of Al-Sukhna and Beit Al-Faqih. The project targeted 20,000 beneficiaries from the two districts, where a number of seeds were distributed, including five crops, which are tomatoes, onions, okra, radishes and hot peppers. The quantity is estimated at 52 tons, of which 14 tons were distributed in Al-Sukhna district to 5,364 beneficiaries through 4 centers, and 38 tons for 14,636 beneficiaries in 12 distribution centers, which were distributed in the Bait Al-Faqih district. Awareness sessions and community mobilization were also held in the villages to push the beneficiaries to the distribution centers and make them aware of the importance of planting vegetable seeds in home gardens and urging them to benefit the most from these seeds , On the other hand, 6 training sessions were implemented for 25 volunteers from Al-Sukhna district and 70 volunteers in the Beit Al-Faqih district. The training included several topics, but the most important of which are malnutrition, integrated nutrition, and the cultivation and production of vegetables in home gardens. After this training, females beneficiaries will be trained directly in the two districts. From his part, the project manager, Mr. Muhammad Musa Ghareb , confirmed that these crops will be distributed to the poorest families who have children under the age of five and pregnant and lactating women who suffer from malnutrition in the targeted villages. Ms. Dalia Qassem Farea, the head of the Foundation, praised the great role of this project in alleviating the suffering of families in the targeted areas, as the cultivation of these crops will benefit all of them.
