مؤسسة بنات الحديدة تنفذ مشروع قياديات صانعات السلام
ضمن مشروع قياديات صانعاتٍ للسلام، نفذت مؤسسة بنات الحديدة التنموية الإجتماعية تدريبًا نوعي في مجال النكسس والتوطين إستهدفت فيه العاملين في المؤسسة بمختلف فروعها في محافظات تعز والحديدة ومأرب وصنعاء، وبهدف رفع مستوى الوعي والخبرة في التعامل مع النظام المالي ERP فقد تمكنت بنات الحديدة من تنفيذ تدريب لرؤساء الأقسام في المؤسسة عبر شركة partener Consuliting Solution.
حيث تناول التدريب عدة محاور في كيفية التعامل مع النظام المالي ERP ليصبح الموظف ذا خبرة علمية وعملية تمكنه من تنفيذ المهام المناطة به ضمن دراية تامة في هذا المجال.
وفي نفس السياق ومن منطلق حرصها على تأهيل شركائها في العمل المجتمعي نفذت المؤسسة عدة تدريبات من شأنها تأهيل وبناء قدرات 12 مؤسسة نسائية و 2 تكتلات من محافظات تعز وعدن وأبين وحضرموت وسقطرى ومأرب، وفي التدريب الذي بدأته المؤسسة في شهر نوفمبر من العام 2023م وحتى شهر يناير 2024م تمكن المشاركون من كسب معارف في المجالات التالية:
_كتابة التقارير بشكل إحترافي
_كتابة مقترحات المشاريع
_القيادة المرنة
_المناخ وتغيره و انعكاست على النساء
_تدريب القرار 1325 ومسارات السلام في اليمن
_ كيفية الحصول على التمويل وإدارة التمويل.
وتعتبر هذا المحاور ركيزةً أساسية من شأنها تعزيز قدرات العاملين في المؤسسات المستهدفة ورفع كفاءتهم للخروج بأكبر قدر من المعرفة بكيفية تطبيق محاور الدورات لتصبح ذات نتيجة إيجابية وفعلية يستفيد منها المجتمع،
وخلال التدريب لحظت المؤسسة أثر فعليًا لدى المؤسسات التي تم تدريبها وتأهيلها من خلال تنفيذ حملة مناصرة للنازحين وتأسيس هيئة للسلم المجتمعي وتوفير مخيمات خاصة بالنازحين، وعمل مقترحات لمشاريع تم قبولها والحصول على تمويل لها،
كما تضمنت سلسلة التدريبات تدريب حول الصراع المراعي للنوع الإجتماعي، والوساطة المجتمعية وتسوية النزعات والمصالحات المجتمعية، ومهارات في التفاوض والمناصرة الإلكترونية بأساليب متطورة وحديثة، وإعادة الإعمار والإنعاش المبكر، إستفاد من هذا التدريب 10 مؤسسات من المؤسسات الشريكة في عدة محافظات،
وفي ختام التدريب قدمت المؤسسة منح مالية لتنفيذ أنشطة تتوافق مع مخرجات التدريبات التي تلقتها المؤسسات، وبدورها عملت هذه المؤسسات على تنفيذ تدريباتٍ في مجال بناء القدرات، والتوعية حول القرارات الأممية والقرارات التي ضمنها الدستور والقانون الخاصة بالمرأة.
الجدير بالذكر بأن تنفيذ هذه الأنشطة يتوافق مع اليوم العالمي للمرأة 8 مارس، والتي تزامن معه أطلاق شبكة نسائية بإسم “شبكة فرهم للسلام والتنمية ” والتي ضمت 11 مؤسسة من المؤسسات العاملة في عدة محافظاع بهدف توحيد الجهود وتبادل الخبرات المختلفة لتنفيذ عدة أنشطة قادمة تهدف لتعزيز جهود النساء في مختلف المجالات
وفي ختام المشروع ستقوم المؤسسة بأطلاق اول خارطة تضم مؤسسات المجتمع المدني النسائية في اليمن والتي تبلغ 200 مؤسسة نسائية حيث تم ربط بيانات هذه المؤسسات عبر موقع المؤسسة ليتنسى للباحثين والجهات المانحة والمحلية الوصول لهذه المؤسسات ومعرفة مجالاتها ومعلومات الوصول إليها.
Hodeidah Girls Foundation implements the Peacemaker Leaders Project
Within the project of Peacemakers Leaders, Hodeidah Girls Social Development Foundation implemented qualitative training in the field of Nexus and resettlement, targeting the fondation’s employees in its various branches in the governorates of Taiz, Hodeidah, Ma’rib, and Sana’a. aiming at raising the level of awareness and experience in dealing with the ERP financial system, Hodeidah Girls were able to implement training to heads of departments in the foundation’s Partener Consuliting Solution Company.
Where the training covered several topics on how to deal with the ERP financial system so that the employee has scientific and practical experience that enables him to carry out the tasks assigned to him with complete knowledge in this field.
In the same point , and out of its abidance to qualify its partners in community work, the Foundation carried out several training exercises that would qualify and build the capabilities of 12 women’s foundations and 2 hubs from the governorates of Taiz, Aden, Abyan, Hadramaut, Socotra, and Ma’rib, and in the training that the Foundation began in November 2023 until January 2024 Participants were able to get knowledge in the following fields:
-Writing reports professionally.
– Writing project proposals.
-Resilient leadership.
– Climate and its change and its impact on women.
– Resolution 1325 training and peace tracks in Yemen.
-How to obtain funds and manage the funds .
These topics are considered a basic pillar that will enhance the capabilities of workers in the targeted institutions and raise their efficiency to come up with the greatest amount of knowledge on how to apply the course topics to have a positive and effective result that the society get advantage of.
During the training, the Foundation noticed an actual impact on the institutions that were trained and qualified by implementing an advocacy campaign for the displaced, establishing a community peace commission, providing camps for the displaced, and creating proposals for projects that were accepted and obtain funding for them.
The series of training also included training on gender-sensitive conflict, community mediation, conflict resolution and community reconciliation, skills of negotiation and electronic advocacy using advanced and modern methods, and reconstruction and early recovery. 10 partner institutions in several governorates benefited from this training.
At the end of the training, the Foundation provided financial grants to implement activities complies with the outcomes of the training received by the institutions. In turn, these institutions worked to implement training in the field of capacity building and awareness-raising about UN resolutions and the resolutions included in the constitution and law relating to women.
It is worth noting that the implementation of these activities coincides with International Women’s Day, March 8, which coincided with the launch of a women’s network called the “Farham Network for Peace and Development,” which included 11 institutions operating in several governorates with the aim of unifying efforts and exchanging various experiences to implement several upcoming activities aimed at strengthening women efforts in various fields.
At the end of the project, the Foundation will launch the first map that includes women’s civil society organizations in Yemen, which number 200 women’s foundation . The data of these foundations were linked through the Foundation’s website so that researchers, donors, and local agencies can access these organizations and know their fields and access information
