ضمن مشروع دعم التعليم والحماية الذي تنفذه مؤسسة بنات الحديدة التنموية الإجتماعية وبدعم من صندوق الدعم الإنساني YHF أطلقت المؤسسة عدة تدريبات للمعلمين ومجلس الأباء في محافظة ريمة_ مديرية الجعفرية وفي التدريب الذي يستهدف 12 متدرب من مدارس مختلفة في المديرية تم تناول محاور عدة أبرزها أساسيات حماية الطفل والتعليم في الأزمات وتهدف هذه الدورة إلى إكساب المعلمين والمعلمات أسس التعامل مع طلاب المرحلة الإبتدائية وكيفية حمايتهم والمحافظة على تعليهم من التضرر خلال فترة الأزمات التي تمر بها المدرسة والبلاد، وفي نفس السياق فقد تم تنفيذ دورة في مجال الصحة النفسية، هدفت إلى رفع مستوى الوعي لدى الأخصائيين الإجتماعين في كل المدارس المستهدفة، بمدى أهمية فهم الطرق والأساليب الصحيحة للتعامل مع الفئات العمرية للطلاب في مختلف الصفوف حيث إستفاد من هذه الدورة عدد 6 معلمين من مدارس مختلفة،
ولضمان توفر التنسيق بين المعلمين وأولياء الأمور فقد حرصت المؤسسة على تنفيذ دورة تدريبية إستهدفت 45 متدربًا من مجلس الأباء والأمهات بأهمية التعليم ومدى أهمية تعاونهم ودورهم الإيجابي لإكتمال رسالة المعلمين حيث تؤثر البيئة المحطية على مستوى الطلاب،
ومن خلال اختبارات التقييم التي قام بها المدربين للدورات المختلفة، تبين مدى إستفادة المتدربين من الدورات التي تم تنفيذها خلال المشروع.
Within the Education Support Protection Project, social, development Hodeidah Girls Foundation begins implementing training activities for teachers within the education and protection support project implemented by social development Hodeidah Girls Foundation and with support from the Humanitarian Support Fund YHF, the Foundation launched several training sessions for teachers and the Parents Council in Raymah Governorate Al-Jaafaria District. In the training, which targets 12 trainees from different schools in the District, several topics were addressed, most notably the basics of child protection and education in crises, this course aims to give male and female teachers the basics of dealing with primary school students, how to protect them and preserve their education from harm during the period of crises that the school and the country are going through.
In the same context, a course was implemented in the field of mental health, which aimed to raise the level of awareness among specialists.
The two meetings were held in all the targeted schools, highlighting the importance of understanding the correct methods and methods for dealing with the age groups of students in different grades. Six teachers from different schools benefited from this course.
To ensure coordination between teachers and parents, the
Foundation was keen to implement a training course targeting 45 trainees from the Parents’ Council on the importance of education and the importance of their cooperation and positive role in completing the teachers’ mission, as the surrounding environment affects the level of students.
Through the evaluation tests conducted by the trainers for the various courses, the extent to which the trainees benefited from the courses that were implemented during the project was revealed.
