ضمن مشروع بناء قدرات مؤسسات القادة النسوية نفذت مؤسسة بنات الحديدة التنموية والإجتماعية صباح اليوم السبت 10_فبراير_2024م دورة تدريبية بعنوان أسس الإدارة تحدثت أ/ أماني معجم مديرة المشروع عن مدى أهمية هذه الدورة ومايليها من دورات وأنشطة مختلفة ضمن المشروع والتي تهدف الى تعزيز قدرات12 عضو من اعضاء مؤسسة صناع التغيير مابين متطوع وموظف وفي السياق ذاته أكدت أماني معجم عن وجود دورات تدريبية قادمة ونوعية ستهدف إلى إكساب المشاركين العديد من المهارات العلمية والحرفية والتي ستساعدهم على تحقيق أهداف المشروع حيث يهدف إلى رفع كفاءة اعضاء وموظفين مؤسسة صناع التغيير بمرحلته الأولى و كذلك ترميمُ وتأثيث مشغل خياطة وتمكين المتدربات عمليًا ومهاريًا عبر توفير مستلزمات التدريب المختلفة…
تأتي هذه الدورة برعاية من بعثة الأمم المتحدة لدعم إتفاق الحديدة UNMHA والتي تُقام في مديرية حيس بمحافظة الحديدة.
With the support of the United Nations Mission to Support the Hudaydah Agreement (UNMHA), the Banaat Al Hudaydah Foundation inaugurated its first training course as part of the Women’s Leadership Capacity Building Project on Saturday, February 10, 2024.
As part of the project to enhance the capacity of women leaders’ institutions, the Banaat Al Hudaydah Development and Social Foundation conducted a training course titled “Foundations of Management” on the morning of Saturday, February 10, 2024. Ms. Amani Mujam, the project manager, emphasized the importance of this course and the subsequent courses and activities within the project. These aim to enhance the skills of 12 members of the Changemakers Foundation, including volunteers and employees. Furthermore, Amani Mujam confirmed the presence of upcoming high-quality training courses that will provide participants with various scientific and vocational skills. These courses will help them achieve the project’s goals, which aim to improve the efficiency of the Changemakers Foundation members and staff in its first phase, as well as renovate and furnish a sewing workshop and empower trainees practically and skillfully by providing various training materials.
This course is sponsored by the United Nations Mission to Support the Hudaydah Agreement (UNMHA) and takes place in the Hays district of Hudaydah Governorate.
