The conclusion of the training course in community initiatives With funding from CARE International, SDHGF concluded a training course in community initiatives within the project of Yemen Future’s foundation (to support education and empower poor and affected youth in Al-Hodeidah and Amanat Al-Asima governorates). The training course targeted the following four districts (Al-Meghlaf – Al-Zaydiyah – Al-Dhihi – Bajel) and lasted for 15 days, starting from 12/29/2019 until 01/14/2020 The training course aimed at how to establish, design, and manage youth initiatives and enhance knowledge and values through collective, community and humanitarian voluntary work, implement development projects and train youth community leaders. The course included many activities, exercises, practical and field applications, role-playing, and simulating the administrative and financial documentary course for development projects. The course came out with a set of development projects targeting the four districts in Al-Hodeidah Governorate.
